How It Works

The program is designed to find another week (provided by another member) that fits your travel requirements.

If a successful match cannot be confirmed thirty-one (31) days prior to the week that you are seeking or the week that you own, whichever comes first, the search will be canceled so you can make alternative plans. If confirmed, an exchange fee will apply.

If you are submitting two or more units or require consecutive weeks, please contact a member of our customer service department. One of our representatives will be delighted to help you.

Steps

  • Step 1 – Decide when and where you want to travel
  • Step 2 – Create your wish list of up to five options
  • Step 3 – Your list will be matched with daily searches
  • Step 4 – Match found! Your fee is charged automatically
  • Step 5 – You are sent confirmation via email and regular mail

Instant Match

Once your unit is enrolled into the internal exchange program, verify the status periodically. If the status reads “pending” this means none of the options you selected are currently available. In that case, you can select the Instant Match option. This will display other options you did not select but are available. This is a great way to create an instant confirmation.
