We have been members for over 20 years - everyone goes out of their way to be informative, kind and patient. We thought that was because we were owners - that is not the case - all of our guests have been treated exactly the same. Mary was very friendly, polite and understanding. She seemed as she was truly concerned and made sure she could resolve my issue. Once again showing the standard that we have come to expect from our new Royal Resorts family.
Just talking to a live person was great, then talking to someone with patience was RARE! Julian was very thorough in answering my questions and most pleasant.
I have found that anyone that I have spoken to over the 15 years have been very polite and understanding. I wish that all businesses could be ranked this way. I love my timeshare in Cancun Mexico at the Royal Sands. Bought it prebuilt and have used it as much as I have been able to. Thanks again for employing such great people.
